Description and Action

Calibration

Failed to initialize the external sensor.

See CA-310 and CA-210 instruction manual.

Calibration error.

• Check the installation and connection of the

external sensor and retry (

28).

• Perform matrix calibration of CA-310 and CA-210

(

29).

Calibration is completed.
(Brightness setting is lower than target brightness.)

Set the "Luminance" in calibration again (

37).

Failed to detect the external sensor.
Please check the connection of the sensor.

Correctly connect the external sensor to the USB
port of this main unit.

Network

Communication error.

IP address may be in conflict or there may be a
network communication error. Check the network
environment.

Invalid IP Address.

Enter the correct IP address.

Invalid Subnet Mask.

Enter the correct subnet mask.

Various settings,
CDL export

There is no capacity USB memory.

Use another USB memory or delete the content of
the memory.

Failed to write file.

The USB memory may be defective or protected.
Check the USB memory.

(CDL Export) Number of files is over limit.

Up to 1000 files can be exported.

LUT, Various settings,
CDL import

(LUT Import) "LUT Type" is different.
(CDL Import) "File Type" is different.

Select the correct file format.

Failed to read file.

The USB memory may be defective or protected.
Check the USB memory.

Failed to Import.

There is an error in the file to be imported. Check the
file.

No import file.

Check to see if the file has been imported to the
USB memory.

Hardware error

Backlight error.

Turn off the main power once and then back on.
If the message persists, contact Canon Customer
Center.

Fan error.

Panel error.

I/F error.

System error.

Input signal

No Signal

Displayed when there is no video signal input.

Unsupported

Unsupported video signal is input. Check the
supported signal format (

56).

"Input Configuration" is different from Payload.

Check the "Input Configuration" (

39) and "Signal

Information" (

52) settings. Reset any incorrect

"Input Configuration" settings.
