Misc— This directory is used to hold test data files and L&TT history for the specific devices
on the system. These files are used by L&TT itself and not intended for direct viewing.

Scripts— This directory contains all the device analysis rules, add-on tests, and SCSI script
files. For more information, see

Tests and utility functions (page 99)

With Windows installations, in addition to the files installed in the main installation directory, some
files are installed outside of the main installation directory. If ASPI installation is selected or required,
the following files are added/updated (assuming that the Windows system directory is C:\WINNT):

C:\WINNT\System\winaspi.dll

C:\WINNT\System32\wnaspi32.dll

C:\WINNT\System32\drivers\aspi32.sys

Other changes to the system (CSI)

The same information that the Windows version of L&TT stores in the Windows registry is stored
as a text file for the Unix versions. This text file is located in the following directory:

HPUX & Tru64:

/.lttreg

Linux:

/root/.lttreg
