To edit an e-mail destination

On the Profile tab of the HP Network ScanJet 5 Utility dialog box, select
the destination you want to edit.

Select Edit.

Change the destination and click OK.
To delete an e-mail destination
1
On the Profile tab of the HP Network ScanJet 5 Utility dialog box, select
the destination you want to delete.

Select Delete.

To confirm deletion, select Yes.
To change your e-mail return address
1
On the Options menu of the HP Network ScanJet 5 Utility dialog box,
point to Internet E-mail.

Select Return address.

Change the e-mail address and select OK.

To view your return address, select Who Am I on the Options menu.
To export e-mail destinations for others to use

On the Profile tab of the HP Network ScanJet 5 Utility dialog box, select
the Options menu.

Point to Internet E-mail and select Export.

In the File name list box, assign a name to the file you are exporting.

In the Save in list box at the top of the dialog box, select the directory
where you would like the file saved.

Click Save. The file is copied to the directory you selected.
To import e-mail destinations to your private destination
list

On the Profile tab of the HP Network ScanJet 5 Utility dialog box, select
the Options menu.

Point to Internet E-mail, and then click Import.

In the Look in list box, select the directory where the exported e-mail
destination file is saved.

Select the file to import.

Select Open. The e-mail destinations in the file become part of your
private destination list.
