Microsoft VSS only allows a
maximum of 64 volumes to be
simultaneously participated in
a snapshot process.
■ Reduce the number of
volumes for the snapshot
5162 RME5162: ERROR: Unable to
get Netbackup install
information from registry.
The Netbackup installation
information could not be
retrieved from the registry.
■ Check that NetBackup is
properly installed and make
sure you have access to the
registry entry.
■ Confirm the Netbackup
installation from Add/
Remove Programs.
■ Use regedit to check for
the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOF
TWARE.
5163 RME5163: ERROR: Could not
open NetBackup path registry
key '<Registry key path>'.
Could not open the
Netbackup path for the
specified registry key.
■ Check that NetBackup is
properly installed and make
