Basic Operation
EXT Output
External output(s) provided with the system
allow the connection of additional conve-
nience and security items. Four outputs are
provided with the SEA-8081 security system.
Up to 12 external outputs can be provided by
using the SEC-8343 EXT Expander module.
Some typical applications for this output are:
• Trunk Release
• Sunroof Control
• Power Window Control
The SEA-8481 is capable of confirming that
an external output was activated. Once an
external output is activated, a message will
appear on the remote control display. All
external outputs can be assigned a certain
message to appear once activated. Please
consult your Alpine dealer for more informa-
tion.
