Try checking these items
first.
If the problem persists, performing [Reset] in the [Setup] menu may resolve the issue
. (Note that except for some items such as [Clock Set], all settings are returned to
their values at the time of purchase.)
Battery, power
Camera does not work even if the camera is turned on.
Camera switches off as soon as the camera is turned on.

Battery is not inserted correctly
, or needs recharging.

If you leave the camera on, the battery will be exhausted.
→ Turn the camera off frequently by using the [Economy] etc.
This unit is turned off automatically.
●
If you connect to a TV compatible with VIERA Link (HDMI) with an HDMI mini cable and turn off the
TV with the remote control for the TV, this unit also turns off.
→ If you are not using VIERA Link (HDMI), set [VIERA Link] to [OFF].
Card/battery door does not close.
●
Insert the battery securely all the way in.
