From the list, select the form that you want to print.

Select the file name, and then click the [OK] button.
The Print dialog box appears again.

Click the [OK] button.
Overlay printing is performed.
Editing forms
To use forms, the data for using forms must be pre-registered. To register a
form, select “Create Overlay”, and then specify the document that you want
to register.

Create the form data using any application.

From the “File” menu, select “Print”.

Select the KONICA MINOLTA 350/250/200 PCL printer, and then click
the [Preferences] button.

Click the Overlay tab.
