Click Download Key. A pop-up will ask you to open or save the key file (which has a file extension
of .rtc). Select the option to Save the file to your computer and click Save.
The key file will be downloaded to your computer desktop as a file number with an “.rtc” extension
and can now be e-mailed to your authorized Konica Minolta sales channel. You can click the “x” in
the upper right to close the download windows.
