3.5 Logs (Server Activity Files)
Printgroove keeps track of all system activity internally. This activity is stored on the server as
“log” files. Occasionally, it may be necessary to access this information for security or
troubleshooting purposes. The Logs menus allow the Administrator to view and configure how
those log files are stored.
3.5.1 Logs: Files
To view the log files of a module or service, click Logs > Files and then on the module name in
the left column for which you want to review log files. Click on the log file name and the panel on the
right will display any logs for that module. The log file can then be downloaded to your computer for
viewing.
