3.4.3.2 Licensing: Manual Update
Upon receiving the key file update from Konica Minolta, make sure all users are logged off the
system, login as sysadmin and go to the Licensing > Manage > Manual Update menu.
Click Browse and then Open to upload the key file from your desktop (file extension .rtu).
Click Update to install the new key information, after which the
Printgroove server will need to restart.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only use the update file received from your authorized Konica Minolta sales
channel and ensure that all other users are logged off from the Printgroove system before
beginning the update process. In the event that users remain logged in, they will be invalidated
and forcibly logged out within ~40 seconds.
