To enter the proxy exclusion for Internet Explorer, go to the Start menu and choose Control
Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Advanced > Proxy Exclusions.
Enter the address of your Printgroove server in the Proxy Exceptions/Exclusions box.
If the problem is with Firefox, you still need to make the Internet Explorer adjustments, and then
under Firefox go to Tools > Options > Network Connections> Settings. Enter your Printgroove
server address in the No Proxy for: field as shown in the example below.
If you are uncomfortable editing advanced settings for a proxy server, contact your Administrator.
