Use Smart Controls

Edit the graph

Do any of the following:

Click a curve button (in the upper-left part of the window) to use one of the preset curves.

Click the curve at the location where you want to add a control point, then drag the control
point to the desired value. Drag horizontally to change the input value, or vertically to change
the output value.
As you drag, the current values of the control point appear next to the pointer.

Double-click the curve at the location where you want to add a control point, then edit the
values for the control point.

Option-click any part of the curve (except a control point), then drag the dotted part of the
curve to make the curve nonlinear.

Click Invert to invert the values of the curve.

Click Reset to reset the graph to its original (default) values.

Continue adding and adjusting points until you’re happy with the result.

When you're finished, click the close button at the upper-left corner of the graph window.

Copy the graph

Click the Copy button on the right side of the graph window.

Paste a copied graph

Click the Paste button on the right side of the graph window.

Save a custom graph preset

Click the Presets button at the bottom of the graph window.

Click Add to Presets.

Enter a name for the preset, then click Save.

The current graph curve is saved as a preset.

Open the plug-in window for a screen control

For screen controls that are mapped to a plug-in, you can open the plug-in window used by the
screen control from within the Smart Controls pane.

Open the plug-in window for a mapped screen control
Do one of the following:

In the Smart Controls pane, Control-click the screen control, then choose Open Plug-in Window
from the shortcut menu.
If the screen control is mapped to multiple plug-ins, the plug-in windows for all of the mapped
plug-ins open.

Open the Smart Control inspector, then click the Plug-in Window button
