Selecting and hiding records
You can select and hide individual records or a range of records in Browse
mode or List mode. Hidden records are not printed, sorted, or included in
summary calculations.

Choose Index from the Help menu and type the first few letters of the entry. Double-click the
entry and then double-click a topic.

Select a record
Click anywhere in the
record, outside of a field.
Select multiple
records
Drag through the records to
select, or select a record and
then Shift-click another
record to extend the
selection.
Hide unselected
records
Select the records you don’t
want to hide, and then
choose Hide Unselected from
the Organize menu.
Hide selected
records
Select the records you want
to hide, and then click
on the Default button bar
(or choose Hide Selected from
the Organize menu).
