1-4 – JLG Lift – 3128160
1.1 WORKSTATION
NOTE: Workstation can be attached anywhere in the plat-
form unless the machine is equipped with another
accessory/option (Vise, Pipe Racks, Panel Carrier)
at which point the workstation must be attached on
the opposite side from the additional accessory.
NOTE: Always follow capacity decals on workstation due to
de-rated capacities.
Description
The Workstation is designed to give the operator space
for storage of tools by using various hooks and straps.
There are also small compartments built into the Worksta-
tion as well as a portable work surface. A 12 volt DC outlet
is also supplied on the Workstation for convenient access
to 12V.
Safety Precautions
READ AND UNDERSTAND THE OPERATORS MANUAL FOR THE
SPECIFIC JLG MODEL BEING USED.
1. Be sure the Workstation is properly fastened to the
lift.
2. No items are to be loosely positioned on platform.
3. Be sure any tools or objects on the Workstation
are properly fastened.
Preparation and Inspection
1. Check Workstation for any cracked welds around
attach point brackets.
2. Check for any damage to storage compartments
and portable work surface.
Operation
• To use the portable work surface, lift up on the
handle in the work surface and position across
the Workstation.
• To use the 12V outlet, located at the lower left
corner of the workstation, insert the proper plug
into the receptacle.
Service and Maintenance
• Check for loose nuts and bolts and torque loose
nuts and bolts to JLG Torque Chart Specifica-
tions.
• Replace any missing or illegible decals, bent or
crushed tubes.
• Inspect 12V outlet and wiring for any damage
and replace any torn or frayed wiring.
