• Check to ensure that straps are not torn or

frayed.

• Check for missing or illegible decals. Replace if

necessary

Pipe Positioner Loading (Pipes)

1. To prepare pipe positioner for loading pipe, be sure

the pipe support head is installed properly on the
positioner.

1. Position the two pipe supports in line with one

another.

2. Place load into the pipe positioner. Do not exceed

the rated capacity stated on the pipe positioner
decal.

3. Route the straps at either end around the load and

tighten.

4. Using the Jack Handles, position the load where

needed.

5. To remove the load loosen and remove the tie straps

then carefully remove the load from the pipe posi-
tioner.

Pipe Positioner Loading (Ducting)

1. To prepare pipe positioner for loading of ducting,

remove the ducting head from the stowed position
and be sure the ducting head is installed properly on
the positioner.

1. Position the two pipe supports in line with one

another.

2. Place the ducting across the two pipe supports

assuring that you are within the capacity stated on
the pipe positioner decal.

3. Route the straps at either end around the load and

tighten.

4. Using the Jack Handles, position the load where

needed.

5. To remove the load loosen and remove the tie straps

then carefully remove the load from the pipe posi-
tioner.
