1.3 PLUMBER’S PACKAGE
Description
The Plumber’s Package is designed with specific options
to assist with different tasks performed by a plumber. See
specific options included in this manual for their descrip-
tion and function.
Safety Precautions
READ AND UNDERSTAND THE OPERATORS MANUAL FOR THE
SPECIFIC JLG MODEL AND ACCESSORY BEING USED.
DO NOT OVERLOAD PIPE RACKS. REFER TO CAPACITY DECAL
FOR PROPER CAPACITIES.
• No items are to be loosely positioned on plat-
form.
• Be sure all accessories have quick release pins
and/or velcro straps fastened at all times.
• Pipe Racks should be in stowed position when
not in use.
• Do not drive machine with material in vise.
Preparation and Inspection
• Check for cracked welds on all accessories.
Make sure all accessories are properly secured
to platform.
• Check to ensure that all straps are free of tears
and fraying.
• Be sure pipe racks operate freely.
• Check for missing or illegible decals. Replace if
necessary
Operation
Refer to each specific accessory throughout this man-
ual for their operation.
Service and Maintenance
• Replace torn or frayed straps, bent or damaged
bail pins or pipe rack assemblies, missing or
illegible decals.
• Check for loose nuts and bolts and torque loose
nuts or bolts to JLG torque chart specifications.
