I forgot my password or the IP address of AP60.
Answer: Please restore your settings to default by press the reset button for more than
5 seconds. You should be able to find your AP60 at 192.168.1.1 with default
username “admin” and password “airlive”.

Why is my settings unchanged after pressing the “Apply” button?
Answer: Please reboot your AP60 after all the settings are changed.

When I plug in the POE cable and power adapter, the AP60’s power LED is
not on?
Answer: Please make sure you have connected the PoE cable to the correct port on
the DC injector. Moreover, you should use an Ethernet cable with 4 twisted
pairs (CAT5 or better) for POE cable.
