There are no state transitions associated with the invocation of this service. It is
therefore mandatory for the user to switch the device into the desired configuration
prior to and during execution of this service. This generally means exposing the
sensor to a known environment and treating the values read during execution of
the services accordingly.
A successful service response indicates that the service was accepted and the
application process started.
To perform the "User ATM Adjust Request", vent the gauge to atmosphere and
then start the "User Atmosphere Adjust Service" without any target value.
