Rotor Blade
• Check and replace bent or damaged Rotor Blades.
• Regularly check Rotor Blade tightness, if adjustment is
needed remove Roll Pin and torque the Slotted Hex
Nut to 400 Ft-Lbs. Re-insert the Roll Pin.
Right side of the machine is shown.
Firming Roller
• Check the Firming Roller regularly for tightness
between wheels, if adjustment is needed loosen the
Hex Nuts and Slide the clamp over. Re-tighten Hex
Nuts.
