- Check the new setting by carrying out another
calibration test.
Once the setting has been fixed, lift the
shutter lever
again and replace the
locking pin.
E . G .:
Drilling wheat at 180 kg / ha Setting value
according to chart = 65
1st test gives, for example: 4 kg for 1/40 ha
(4x40=160 kg/ha)
This is around 12% less in comparison with the
indicative value of 4.50kg for 1/40 ha
- Increase the setting by 12%, i.e. to 73.
- Validate the new setting by turning the crank
handle again then weighing the amount collected.
Note:
In micro position, if the marker is set to higher than 50
with small seed, it is possible to return to normal
position.
I N THIS CASE , THE MARKER POSITION
SHOULD BE DIVIDED BY 5.
This will improve the position in the row via a higher
metering mechanism rotation speed.
The screen should always be in place in the
hopper when carrying out a calibration test.

Tabelle = 65.
1. Abdrehprobe ergibt z. B.: 4 kg für 1/40 ha

Das macht etwa 12% weniger als der Richtwert
von 4,50kg /ha für 1/40.
- Einstellung um 12 % erhöhen, also 73.
- Neue Einstellung bestätigen durch erneutes
Drehen mit der Kurbel und Wiegen der ausgesäten
Menge.
Anmerkung:
Wenn bei kleinen Saatkörnern die Marke in Position
Mikrogeschwindigkeit auf über 50 steht, kann auf
Normalgeschwindigkeit umgestellt werden.

Dies verbessert die Position in der Reihe durch eine
höhere Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Dosierers.
Das Sieb muss bei den Abdrehproben stets

- Valider le nouveau réglage par un autre essai de
débit.

et le verrouiller avec sa goupille.

1er essai donne par ex : 4 Kg pour 1/40 ha
(4x40 = 160 Kg/ha)
Cela fait environ 12% de moins par rapport à la
valeur indicative de 4,50kg /ha pour 1/40.
- Augmenter de 12% le réglage soit 73.
- Valider le nouveau réglage en refaisant les tours
de manivelle puis en pesant la quantité
récupérée.
Note:
En positon Micro, si le repère est sur une position
supérieure à 50 avec des graines de petites tailles, il
est possible de repasser en position normale.
D ANS CE CAS , IL FAUT DIVISER
LA POSITION DU REPÈRE PAR 5.
Cela améliore la position sur le rang par une vitesse
de rotation supérieure du doseur.
Le tamis doit toujours être en place dans la
trémie, lors des essais de débit.
