Set the Input Channel
Jumpers
These jumpers Are usedto set
flowmeter jumpers flowmeter for lowĆpass filter (70Hz)
(F0ĆF3) or highĆspeed operation
gate jumpers gates for +5Ć12V
(G0ĆG3) or +12Ć30V operation
The CFM module is configured for
high-speed operation. If any input channel
will be accepting input from a mechanical
switch, you need to set the flowmeter jumper
for that input channel to filter operation.
The filter provides debouncing for the
mechanical switch.
The frequency of counting must
be less than 70Hz when the
filter mode is selected. If the
frequency exceeds 70Hz, the
CFM module will not read the
incoming pulse.

ATTENTION
Reposition the cover and secure with the four screws removed in step 1.

Reposition the flowmeter and gate jumpers associated with each
input channel according to your requirements

Remove the four screws securing the side cover to the module
and remove the covers.

1 In the filter position, the module will not read frequencies above 70Hz.

The flowmeter and gate jumpers 2 can be set independent ofeach other
(you can select the filter action for each flowmeter input and a voltage
for each and gate input independently).
