Controller Error Recovery Model
Use the following error recovery model to help you diagnose software and hardware
problems in the micro controller. The model provides common questions you might
ask to help troubleshoot your system. Refer to the recommended pages within the
model and to S:6 of the status file on page B–14 for further help.
Start
Identify the error code
and description.
Refer to appendix B for
probable cause and
recommended action.
Return controller to
REM RUN or any of
the REM Test modes.
Clear fault using either
function key F9 or F10.
Place the controller in
REM PROGram mode.
Correct the condition
causing the fault.
Test and verify system
operation.
Tighten wire
connections.
Check power.
Does the
controller have power
supplied?

recommended action.
Is the error hardware
