To install the Plastic Bezel versions of the RAC6180 in a rack:
Note: The metal bezel versions of the RAC6180 have mounting
holes in the bezel. User must provide rack mounting
hardware (see example illustrated next).
1. The 18 mounting studs are factory installed. In the event studs were
removed for clip mounting, you can re–install studs using a 1/8 inch
socket on the end of the stud. Turn stud clockwise to tighten to
approximately 10 inch pounds (1.1 N•m).

2. Place the RAC6180 in the rack aligning the studs with the mounting
holes.
3. Install the 8 self–locking nuts hand tight.
4. Alternately tighten the self–locking nuts until the RAC6180 is held
firmly against the rack. Tighten nuts to a torque of 10 inch–pounds
(1.1 N•m).
