SecureConnect Units for CENTERLINE 2500 Low Voltage Motor Control Centers

Remove the Unit

Follow this procedure to remove the SecureConnect unit.

1. Turn the main disconnect switch to the OFF/O position.

2. Move the flange handle from the Connected to the Test position.

a. Press and hold the black button on the front of the door.
b. Start moving the handle to the right while releasing the black button.
c. Move handle until it clicks into the Test position.

3. Move the flange handle from the Test to the Disconnected position.

a. Press and hold the black button on the front of the door.
b. Start moving the handle to the right while releasing the black button.
c. Move handle until it clicks into the Disconnected position.

4. Unlock and open the unit door.

IMPORTANT

Listen for the handle to click into place. Then, verify that the handle is locked
into place by trying to move the handle back and forth.
