Splicing Parallel Bus Bar
Assemblies To splice parallel bus bar assemblies together:
1. Verify that this splice hardware is present. All hardware is grade 5.

½-13 hex nuts
•
½
″
conical washers
•
½
″
flat washers
•
½-13 x 2-¼ hex head cap screws
2. Verify that contact surfaces are free of dirt and debris.
3. See Figure 3.2 for installation.

ATTENTION: Use the hardware furnished with the
bus bar splice assembly.
