Run and cut multiple sheets
at the same time
There are times when you have a small sheet to run such as small religious tracks and it
would be better if you could run them three or four up. That’s no problem. If you want to slit
with no trim out, just install a slitter blade mounted on a blade holder on the top slitter shaft
and one on the bottom slitter shaft with the flat sides together as shown in the picture. Since
there is no trim out, you do not have to be concerned which blade is on the inside and which
blade is on the outside. You do not have a trim out to worry about.
If you want to take end trims and take trims out, read the topics for center trims and end
trims.
Remember when you mount the slitter blades on the blade holder, start the screws through
the slitter blade into the blade holder then slide the collar on the slitter shaft before you
tighten the screws. This aligns the slitter blade and the blade holder.
