Connect Sequence Hoses to Base
Refer to Figure 15
37. Select two new:
811-297C SP HH1/4R1 212 3/8MNPT-W/AD
These are the shorter NPT hoses.
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to the MNPT
threads. Connect the
3 ⁄
8
inch NPT end of each hose
to a cylinder base end elbow .
38. Select two new (not shown):
800-300C CABLE TIE 2 DIA MIN - ORG
Secure one tie to the
1 ⁄
2
inch MNPT end of a each
base end hose , near the NPT fitting. This
identifies the base hoses for later connection.
Connect Sequence Hoses to Rod
Refer to Figure 15
39. Select two new:
811-129C HH1/4R1 234 3/8MNPT 1/2MNPT
These are the longer NPT hoses.
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to the MNPT
threads.Connect the
3 ⁄
8
inch NPT end of each hose
to a cylinder rod end elbow .
Route Hoses to Sequence Valve
40. Select twelve new (not shown, 6 each side):
800-082C CABLE TIE .31X21.5 6DIA 120LB
41. Route the hoses along the top of the upper tool bar,
through the cutout in the gusset of the transport
carrier mount. Loosely secure with cable ties. Ties
are tightened at “Close-Out” on page 18.
Connect Cylinder Hoses at Sequence Valve
Refer to Figure 15
42. Connect the left hand base end hose (
, with
orange tie) to the fittings at sequence valve port R1.
43. Connect the right hand base end hose ( , with
orange tie) to the fittings at sequence valve port R2.
44. Connect the left hand rod end hose to the fittings
at sequence valve port C1.
45. Connect the right hand rod end hose to the
fittings at sequence valve port C2.
