Install Sequence Valve Hydraulics
If not installing a 113-466A sequence valve kit, either
continue independent hydraulic installation at “Install
Needle Valves” on page 7 or skip to “Charge and
Bleed” on page 12.
Configure Sequence Valve
Refer to Figure 13
33. Select four each new:
811-169C EL 9/16MJIC 9/16FJIC
811-440C AD 1/2FNPT X 9/16FJICS
Secure the FJIC end of each adaptor to the MJIC
end of each elbow . Use no pipe thread sealant.
34. Select one new:
810-197C VALVE,SEQUENCE SHOEMAKER
On the side of the valve with four MJIC ports (C1,
C2, R1 and R2), attach the elbow assemblies
facing outward (toward the ends of the valves with
the adjustment bolts
). Use no pipe thread sealant.
Mount Sequence Valve
Refer to Figure 14
35. Select one new:
113-488D SEQUENCE VALVE MOUNT BRACKET
At the right end of the left main seed box, locate the
forward two sets of fasteners securing the box end to
the frame. Remove and save two sets of
1 ⁄
2
-13 nuts,
lock washers and bolts .
Align the
1 ⁄
2
inch holes of the bracket to the right,
and the
3 ⁄
8
inch holes to the front. Secure the bracket
to the seed box and frame using the saved fasteners.
36. Select two sets new:
802-014C HHCS 3/8-16X3/4 GR5
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
Orient the sequence valve with ports 1 and 2
facing forward and the tapped
3 ⁄
8
-16 holes facing
down. Secure the valve to the mount with the
bolts
and lock washers . Tighten only to
Grade 2 torque.
