Install Hydraulics
Hydraulic installation is substantially different for the
standard independent marker system, and the optional
113-466A sequence valve kit. The instructions for both
systems presume that the additional hitch fittings listed
on page 1 are available.
Install Cylinder Elbows
Step 21 applies to standard and 113-466A installations.
Refer to Figure 9
21. Select four new:
811-281C EL 3/8FNPT 9/16MORB
Install one elbow at each cylinder port, with FJIC
ends pointing to cylinder base end.
If also installing a 113-466A sequence valve kit, skip to
“Install Sequence Valve Hydraulics” on page 9.
Install Independent Hydraulics
Install Needle Valves
Refer to Figure 10
22. Select two new:
811-044C AD 3/8MNPT
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to one end of
adaptor
, and secure it to each rod end elbow .
23. Select two new:
810-058C VALVE 3/8 NEEDLE
Loosen each rod end elbow . Swing it 90
° to
provide clearance for the needle valve body to rotate.
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to the exposed end
of each adaptor
. Thread each needle valve
onto each adaptor. Swing the assembly back in-line
with the cylinder. Secure the jam nut on the elbow.
Connect Independent Hoses at Cylinders
Refer to Figure 11
24. Select two new:
811-129C HH1/4R1 234 3/8MNPT 1/2MNPT
These are the longer hoses.
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to the MNPT
threads.Connect the
3 ⁄
8
inch NPT end of each hose
to a needle valve .
25. Select two new:
811-297C SP HH1/4R1 212 3/8MNPT-W/AD
These are the shorter hoses.
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to the MNPT
threads. Connect the
3 ⁄
8
inch NPT end of each hose
to a cylinder base end elbow .
