Seed and Fertilizer Capacity
The 2S-2600F is equipped with standard dividers that par-
tition the drill boxes into 60 percent seed and 40 percent
fertilizer. This ratio is suitable for most applications.
If you need more seed or fertilizer capacity, optional offset
dividers allow you to change the ratio. For ordering infor-
mation, refer to Offset Box Divider, “Options,” page 58. To
install or remove the dividers, refer to Figure 3-22.

1. Remove 5/16-inch bolts (1) and flange nuts (2) from
tabs (3) at each end of drill box.
2. Remove 5/16-inch bolts (4) and nuts (5) from lid-hinge
brackets (6).
3. Loosen but do not remove 1/4-inch bolts (7) and nuts
that clamp lid assembly (8) angle irons to plastic divid-
ers (9).
4. Lift lid assembly (8) out of drill box. Lift dividers (9) out
of drill box. Reinstall standard or offset dividers. Fig-
ure 3-23 shows proper positioning for dividers to
achieve different ratios.
5. Reinstall lid assembly by reversing steps 1, 2 and 3.
