Install Transport Rests
Start with the left wing.
Refer to Figure 3
8.
Select one new:
113-891H 3S-5000 MARKER REST WELDMENT
and, depending on side, one of:
113-892H MARKER MOUNT CLAMP LH 3S-5000
or
113-893H MARKER MOUNT CLAMP RH 3S-5000
9. Use the lift or hoist to position the rest forward of
the wing main tool bar, outboard of the center
sub-frame pivot weldment (
in Figure 2 on page 2).
Refer to Figure 3 and Figure 4
10. Orient the clamp (
or ) with the stiffener
plate to the back and the notch in the break
toward the pivot weldment.
11. Select six sets new:
802-055C HHCS 5/8-11X2 GR5
804-022C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/8 PLT
803-021C NUT HEX 5/8-11 PLT
Insert the bolts from bottom/back and loosely
secure the clamp ( :LH or :RH) to the rest
using the lock washers and nuts .
12. Slide the rest assembly toward drill center, until the
rest mount contacts the pivot weldment. The clamp
notch clears a gusset. Tighten the nuts and bolts.

13. Select two new:
807-276C SPRING COMP 2.94OD.687W8.00L
Place one spring into each of the tubes on the
upper left side of the rest weldment.
14. Repeat step 8 through step 13 for the right wing of
the drill.
