Install Third Sections
Start with the left wing.
Connect Arm Sections
Refer to Figure 10
31. Select one of new:
113-886H 3S5000 MARKER THIRD SECTION LH
or
113-897H 3S5000 MARKER THIRD SECTION RH
To identify these, when installed, the third section
vertical (shear) pivot
is to the back, and the shear
bolt is to the front.
32. Select one set new:
113-797D MARKER PIVOT PIN
802-849C HHCS 3/8-16X3 1/4 GR8
803-013C NUT LOCK 3/8-16 PLT
Align the horizontal pivot tubes of the third
section (
or ) with the outside pivot tube of the
second section ( or ). Insert the pivot pin
and secure with bolt and lock nut at the
holes in the third section forward pivot tube.
33. Grease the pinned connection at the zerk.
Install Trip Level
Refer to Figure 11
34. Select one each new:
113-883H MARKER TRIP LEVEL WLDMT 3S5000
805-318C PIN CLVS .75X2.77 USBL
805-109C PIN COTTER 1/8 X 1 1/4 PLT
Orient the trip level weldment with the skid
plate @ down and inboard of the third section. Align
the larger (
25 ⁄
32
inch, 19mm) holes with the holes in
the risers of the pivot plate .
Secure with pin and cotter pin .
