d. If a column has previously been defined as blank, its check box will be darkened.

e. To change the definition of a column (either to ‘blank’ or to ‘no longer blank’), use
either ARROW to position the cursor beneath the check box associated with the
desired column.

6. To assign one or more complete rows as blanks:
