d. First set the number of standards by using either ARROW to move the cursor
under the check box next to STDs.
e. Press SELECT to darken the check box.
f. Press ENTER. The display will change to
where x is the currently selected number of standards.
g. The cursor will be under the x position. Use either ARROW to change the number
to the desired number of standards (0 - 7) and then press ENTER. The screen changes
back to
h. To set the number of replicate readings for the standards, use either ARROW
to move the cursor under the check box next to Std Repl.
i. Press SELECT to darken the check box.
j. Press ENTER and the screen will change to
where y is the current number of replicates.
k. The cursor will be under the y position. Use either ARROW to change the number
of replicates and then press ENTER. The display will revert to
l. To enter the concentrations of the standards, use either ARROW to move the
cursor under the check box next to Std Conc.
m. Press SELECT to darken the check box.
n. Press ENTER and the screen will change to
where z is the number of standards defined in step g above.
o. The cursor will start under the #1 standard. Its concentration will be set first.
p. Press NEXT to move the cursor to the first digit of the concentration. Use either
ARROW to change the number to the correct one.
