Analog Line-in Recording

You can input video from other analog devices (VCR, TV or camcorder) via the AV
terminal, and record the input video on the tape in the camcorder. You can also record the
input video as a movie or still image on a memory card.

Connecting

Refer also to the instruction manual of the connected device.

Recording

Available only in the

mode.

1. Load a blank cassette in this camcorder.

2. Connected device: Load the recorded cassette.

3. Open the FUNC. menu, select (

) the record pause icon

and

press (

).

4. Select (

) [EXECUTE] and press (

).

In record pause mode and during recording, you can check the picture on the screen.

5. Connected device: Play back the tape.

6. If the joystick guide does not appear on

screen, press (

) to display it.

7. Push the joystick (

scene you wish to record appears.

• Recording starts.

again to pause/resume the recording.

9. Connected device: Stop playback.
