grep:
Syntax: grep <option> string
Description: Allows a user to search the MIB tree for a specific character string. All
leafs in the MIB tree are searched.
Options: -m : Displays on the terminal one screenful at a time.
-i : Ignores case when searching for string.
Example:
dir:
Syntax: dir [- 1pdm] [PATH]
Description: Lists the contents of the directory sub-tree specified. If no
[directory-path] is specified, the contents of the current directory are
displayed. The display options are:
-1 : Displays the OID value along with the ASCII name of the leaf object.
-p : Lists all the entries along with the path name of the leaf object.
-d : Lists only the directory entries in the tree.
-m : Displays one screenful at a time.
Options: Not Applicable
Example:
