Ensure that the VRM is properly installed for processor 1. See "

Close the system. See "

Reconnect the system to the electrical outlet, and turn on the system and attached peripherals.

Run the appropriate online diagnostic test.

 

If the tests fail or the problem persists, continue to the next step.

 

If only one processor is installed, see "

Turn off the system and attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from the electrical outlet.

Remove processor 1 and the VRM. See "
