Route the JUICE BOX™ harness between the steering

stem and the right fork tube, beside the air box and down

into the engine compartment to the LOWER fuel injection

rail. Loosen the bolt that secures the harness routing

bracket to the right side of the steering stem and route the

JUICE BOX™ harness through the bracket. (Fig 4)

Disconnect the LOWER injector connectors from the

LOWER injectors. Connect the JUICE BOX™ female

and male connectors to the injectors and the injector

connectors that were just disconnected. Do NOT connect

the JUICE BOX™ to the upper injector connectors. Route

the JUICE BOX™ ground lead (black wire) to the exhaust

butterfly valve servo bracket that connects to the inside of

the right frame spar and connect. (Fig 5)

Attach the adhesive backed hook and loop material to the

back of the JUICE BOX™ and the front sub frame below

the instrument cluster. (Fig 6)

Start the bike. The green LED should now be scrolling for

about 3-5 seconds and then go to 1-2 steady green LED’s

or a single slow flashing green LED. If the number 1 green

and number 8 red LED continue flashing after startup,

an injector wiring error is indicated. Re-check the wires

from the JUICE BOX™ and make sure they are connected

to the proper wires of your bike’s stock harness. MAKE

SURE you have the correct connectors selected in the

stock harness. DO NOT PROCEED UNLESS ABOVE

CONDITIONS ARE MET.
