Twist and remove ignition cover from ignition cover and

remove 5 Allen bolts (Fig 6). Lift housing to gain access to

the two connectors and disconnect.

Remove (4) Allen screws remove covers and (2) 8mm

socket head tank bolts (Fig 7).

Remove tank support rod located next to battery (Fig 8).

Lift tank and support with rod as shown in (Fig 9).

Locate lower injectors. Note: This bike is equipped with

two sets of injectors lower and uppers we are only

concerned with the lower injectors (Fig 10). Disconnect

injector connector and plug the black JUICE BOX™

connector onto the injector and plug the black connector

from the JUICE BOX™ into the stock black connector.

Repeat on remaining 3 cylinders.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting

the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and

will not roll around.

Remove seat.

Remove side panel, both sides (Fig 1).

Remove screw from tank panel, both sides (Fig 2).

Remove Allen screw from front turn signal housing (Fig 3)

and two plastic fasteners (Fig 4-5), and remove housing.

Repeat on opposite side.
