Once both trim panels have been removed the left and

right fuel tank hold down bolts can be removed (fig 6)

Tilt the fuel tank up and support with foam block from

Two Brothers Exhaust system packaging. (fig 7)

Locate four grey injector connectors at the rear of the air

box, under the fuel rail. (fig 8)

Remove grey injector connectors one at a time and

connect JUICE BOX™ grey connectors to injectors and

connect JUICE BOX™ black connectors to stock grey

connectors. Repeat this step for all four injectors. (fig 9)

Loosen the ground lug on the battery (negative or black

lead) and connect the JUICE BOX™ black ground lead

with ring terminal to the ground lug on the battery.

Tighten the battery ground lug.

technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install this performance part,

please consult with your local motorcycle dealer. Read all instructions first before

starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool

before starting the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation.

Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.

This Juice Box is legal for use on Emissions Controlled street and highway vehicles.

The Juice Box™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting

the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and

will not roll around.

Start by removing rear seat. (fig 1)

Remove to bolts at rear of the front seat and remove front

seat (fig 2)

Remove bolt at front and center of fuel tank (fig 3)

Remove both Phillips screws at the right rear and left rear

of fuel tank lower trim panels. The panel is an interlock

type, slide front to back to release. (fig 4 & 5)
