■ Receiving documents automatically over a dedicated fax line
When the FAXPHONE is set to receive over a dedicated line, it automatically receives
documents whenever a call comes over the fa.x line.
The FAXPHONE cannot receive automatically if you are making copies, printing re
ports. or registering information. See pg.7.T
Make sure the FAXPHONE is set to receive over a dedicated fax line.
Press [ANS HOOK UP/MANUAL] until no icon appears.
Make sure the ANS HOOK UP ) and the MANUAL () icons are not
displayed on the LCD.
The FAXPHONE assumes all incoming calls are from another fax machine sending a
document. It receives the documents automaticallv.
