Sending a document to more than one location

Sequential hroacleasting sends one document to more than one location.

It' >(iu often send to the same group of destinations, sec Registering Group Dialing

numbers and names, pg.42 to register the fax numbers for the group.

You can send to a total of 71 destinations as follows:

One-touch Speed Dialing

=

20 destinations

Coded Speed Dialing

= .SO destinations

Rcsular dialinc (Numeric buttons dialing) = I destination

Group Dialing

69 destinations

You can enter the One-touch Speed Dialing and Coded Speed Dialing destinations in

any order. You simply press the One-touch Speed Dialing button, or press (CODED

DIAL/DIRECTORY] followed by the two-digit code (on the numeric buttons pad).

You can also include one destination using Regular dialing. Remember that when

using regular dialing, you must press [START/COPY] after entering the number.

You can send up to I.S lelter-si/e pages (based on the CCITT#I Chart-standard resolu­

tion).

7 Feed the document face-down into the Automatic

Document Feeder (ADF).

Simply enter the numbers one after the other:

press the desired One-touch Speed Dialing button

or

DIAL/DIRECTORY]

followed

by the two-digit code (on (he numeric buttons pad).

You can enter only one number directly from the

numeric buttons pad using regular dialing. Re­

member to press [START/COPY] after entering the

number.

You must press each button within 10 seconds of

the preceding one. The FAXPHONE begins the

operation approximately 10 seconds after you press

the last button.

The FAXPHONE reads the document into memory

and begins sending. Between transmissions.

MULTI TRANS ON displays on the LCD.

fo cancel a transmission, press |STOP| during the

dialing or transmission. All transmissions in the

sequence are cancelled.
