6.5. Alignment aid function
PSEN op4F/H-s light curtain is fitted with a system which informs the
user about reached alignment degree. The alignment function can be
selected on device starting by keeping closed RESET/RESTART
N.O. contact for at least 0.5 seconds (Fig.24).

Once optimal alignment has been reached, the device can return to
normal functioning by powering off and then powering on the RX unit.
The alignment level is monitored also during device normal operating
mode via display (see paragraph 7.2). Once the curtain has been
aligned and correctly fastened, the display signal is useful to check
the alignment and view any change in the environmental conditions
(presence of dust, light disturbance and so on).
NOTE: OSSDs are not enabled on alignment mode.
