Montage
`
Montieren Sie das Gerät in einen Schalt-
schrank mit einer Schutzart von mindestens
IP54.
`
Befestigen Sie das Gerät mit Hilfe des Rast-
elements auf der Rückseite auf einer Monta-
geschiene.
`
Sichern Sie das Gerät auf einer senkrechten
Montageschiene (35 mm) durch ein Halte-
element (z. B. Endhalter oder Endwinkel).
`
Vor dem Abheben von der Montageschiene
Gerät nach oben oder unten schieben.
Installation
`
The unit should be installed in a control cab-
inet with a protection type of at least IP54.
`
Use the notch on the rear of the unit to attach
it to a mounting rail.
`
Ensure the unit is mounted securely on a ver-
tical mounting rail (35 mm) by using a fixing
element (e.g. retaining bracket or an end an-
gle).
`
Push the unit upwards or downwards before
lifting it from the mounting rail.
Montage
`
Installez l'appareil dans une armoire ayant un
indice de protection d'au moins IP54.
`
Montez l'appareil sur un rail de montage à
l'aide du système de fixation situé au dos de
l'appareil.
`
Fixez l'appareil sur un rail de montage verti-
cal (35 mm) à l'aide d'un élément de retenue
(par exemple, une console ou une équerre
terminale).
`
Avant de retirer l'appareil du rail de montage,
poussez l'appareil vers le haut ou vers le bas.
Inbetriebnahme
Beachten Sie bei der Inbetriebnahme:
`
Gerät nur im spannungslosen Zustand ver-
drahten!
`
Leitungsmaterial aus Kupferdraht verwen-
den.
`
Vor die Ausgangskontakte eine Sicherung
(s. techn. Daten) schalten, um das Ver-
schweißen der Kontakte zu verhindern.
`
Auf eine sorgfältige Leitungsverlegung ach-
ten, da eine Unterbrechung im Messkreis
zum Ausfall der Gerätefunktion führt.
`
Angaben im Abschnitt „Technische Daten“
unbedingt einhalten.
WICHTIG
Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende Absiche-
rung der Anschlussleitungen an den Klem-
men L1, L2, L3, K1, K3, A1 und A2!
Commissioning
When commissioning, please note the follow-
ing:
`
Only wire the unit in a de-energised state!
`
Use copper wiring.
`
To prevent contact welding, a fuse should be
connected before the output contacts (see
technical details).
`
Arrange the cable carefully because the de-
vice will malfunction if there is any interrup-
tion in the measuring circuit.
`
Information given in the “Technical details”
must be followed.
NOTICE
Ensure there is adequate fuse protection
on the connection cables at terminals L1,
L2, L3, K1, K3, A1 and A2!
Mise en service
Remarques préliminaires :
`
Ne raccordez l'appareil que lorsqu'il est hors
tension !
`
Utilisez uniquement des fils de câblage en
cuivre.
`
Protection des contacts de sortie par des fu-
sibles (voir les caractéristiques techniques)
pour éviter leur soudage.
`
Poser attentivement les câbles car une inter-
ruption dans le circuit de mesure entraîne
une panne du fonctionnement de l'appareil.
`
Respectez impérativement les données indi-
quées dans la partie "Caractéristiques tech-
niques".
IMPORTANT
Prévoyez une protection adéquate sur le
circuit relié aux bornes L1, L2, L3, K1, K3,
A1 et A2 !
Anschluss
`
Schließen Sie die Versorgungsspannung UB
an A1/A2 an.
`
Einphasig:
– Messspannung U

: an die
Klemmen L1 und L2 anschließen
– Klemmen L1-K1 verbinden
– Messkreis: Phase L1 des Motors an die
Klemme U/I1 anschließen

Dreiphasig:
– Messspannung U

Klemmen L1, L2 und L3 anschließen
– Klemmen L1-K1, L3-K3 verbinden
– Messkreis: Phase L1 des Motors an die
Klemme U/I1, Phase L2 an die Klemme L2
und L3 an W/I3 anschließen

Für Anschluss externer Stromwandler und
externer Reset beachten Sie bitte die An-
schlussbilder (siehe „Anwendung“).

Schließen Sie die Ausgangskontakte ent-
sprechend der jeweiligen Anwendungsschal-
tung an.
Connection
`
Connect the supply voltage UB to A1/A2.
`
Single-phase:
– Measuring voltage U

: connect to termi-
nals L1 and L2
– Connect terminals L1-K1
– Measuring circuit: connect motor phase
L1 to terminal U/I1

Three-phase:
– Measuring voltage U

: connect to termi-
nals L1, L2 and L3
– Connect terminals L1-K1, L3-K3
– Measuring circuit: connect motor phase
L1 to terminal U/I1, phase L2 to terminal
L2 and L3 to W/I3

Please refer to the connection diagrams (see
"Application") for details of how to connect
external current transformers and an ex-
ternal reset.

Connect the output contacts in accordance
with the relevant application circuit.
Raccordement
`
Raccordez la tension d'alimentation UB sur
A1/A2.
`
Monophasé :
– Tension mesurée U

: raccorder aux bor-
nes L1 et L2
– raccorder les bornes L1-K1
– Circuit de mesure : raccorder la phase L1
du moteur à la borne U/l1.

du moteur à la borne U/l1, la phase L2 à la
borne L2 et L3 à W/l3.

Pour le raccordement du transformateur
d'intensité externe et de la réinitialisation
externe, veuillez tenir compte des illustra-
tions de raccordement (voir « Application »).

Raccordez les contacts de sortie suivant le
schéma d'application correspondant.
