This feature is useful when frequently sending the same documents to selected parties whose phone numbers
are stored in direct call stations and speed dial stations. You must program these stations into the BROAD
CAST key {direct call station
1).
Important:
oBefore programming, make sure that the desired phone numbers have been stored into the direct call
stations or speed dial stations.
oThe BROAD CAST key can be used as direct cali station 1 or as the broadcast key.
Programming the BROAD CAST key with phone numbers—
^ Press [MENU] untii the following is displayed.

Display: STORE TEL NO.
Press [BROAD CAST).
DIAL MODE [ V A ]
Press (g) or (§) to select “PROG. MODE”.
PROG. MODE [ V A ]
Press [START/COPY/SET].
N0.= [001]
Enter the phone numbers.
a: Using direct cail stations:
For upper stations 2-9, press the preset
direct call station key.
For lower stations 10-18, press [LOWER],
then press the preset direct call station key.
b: Using speed dial stations:
Press @ and the preset 2-digit number
(00-99 for KX-FP200 and 00-59 for
KX-FP195).

e Press [ START/COPY/SET] after entering all of the
desired phone numbers.
Press [STOP].

o|f you make a mistake while programming, press [STOP], then make the correction.
©Confirm that you have correctly stored the numbers by printing a telephone number list (see page 56).
