Clearing a recording paper jam
When the unit does not eject a recording paper during receiving, the recording paper has
jammed. Remove the jammed paper by following the steps below.

Slide the BACK LID OPEN lever forward to
open the paper compartment cover.
Remove the jammed paper.
Cut off the wrinkled portion.
Replace the recording paper roll.
Make sure that the shiny side of the paper is
facing up and that there is no slack in the paper
roll.
