This button starts the analysis according to the selected application. During the analysis an
“Analysis in Progress” image will be displayed.
Menu Line
File -> Import Package: Imports files into the NucleoView® NC-200™ software. This will typically be a zip-file
containing multiple license, protocol and documentation files, or individual *.cmsx, *.cmsu and *.pdf files.
File -> Exit: Shuts down the program.
Tools -> Plot Manager: Opens a new Plot Manager window which can be used for advanced post processing
of CM-files.
Tools -> Protocol Adaptation Wizard: Opens the Protocol Adaptation Wizard which is used to create user
adapted versions of protocols.
Tools -> Report Generator: Opens the File Browser and the Report Generator which are used to create
collected results in a table or for data export of one or several data files.
Tools -> Options: Opens the options dialog where the result folder can be changed, 21 CFR Part 11 can be
turned on or off (See details in 21 CFR Part 11 section) and image compression options can be set.
View -> Event Logs: Opens the a window where log files of all operations made by the user are recorded
(See details in 21 CFR Part 11 section).
View -> License File: See License Administration for details on this.
View -> Application Log: Opens the NucleoView log file window. This file may be useful for ChemoMetec if
support is needed.
Help -> Topics: Displays the contents page of this help file system. Note that you may get context sensitive
help simply by pressing the F1 button (unless the main window has the focus, in which case it will
correspond to pressing the favorite button F1).
Help -> About: Displays the About NucleoView® NC-200™ window and contains the software version
number.
