Cassette Issues

No cassette is found

Non-valid cassette

Flow detection error

This may be because either no cassette is in the instrument or the
cassette is placed incorrectly. In the latter case, remove the cassette
and re-insert it.

Typically the user has placed an already used cassette in the
instrument. Simply replace with an unused cassette which has been
correctly loaded.

The flow has failed to reach the flow detection point within given time
limits. A common cause is that too small a volume of sample solution
has been loaded into the cassette. Simply place a cassette which has
been correctly loaded. Another typical cause is that the user has
placed an already used cassette in the instrument.

Abnormal sounds

Typically the piston motor has been blocked by a cassette that has not
been correctly inserted. Stop the run by removing the power supply.
Reconnect the power supply and remove the cassette and re-insert it
again before starting a new run.
