„ Mounting the sensor unit
(transmitter and receiver)

Mount the sensor unit to the
mounting bracket with two screws
and the board nut . Use the
long board nut for the transmitter,
and the short board nut for the
receiver. In this procedure, insert
the board nut between the sensor
unit and the mounting bracket.

Tighten the two screws to fix the
sensor unit using the mounting
bracket and the board nut.
„ Adjusting the angle of the sensor unit
(transmitter and receiver)
Vertjcal djrection:
Tighten and/or loosen the
screw
to adjust the
vertical angle, then fix it with
the nut
.
Horizontal direction:
Loosen the fixed part
to
adjust the horizontal angle.

Mount the sensor unit to the
mounting bracket with two screws

Vertical direction:
Tighten and Ioosen the
screw
to adjust the
vertical angle, then fix it with
the nut
.
Horizontal direction:
Loosen the fixed part
to
adjust the horizontal angle.
Mounting and Adjusting the LV-B102/B302
Adjust the light axis of the transmitter and receiver
in both the vertical and horizontal directions
without any target in the detection area. Then,
mount the sensor while maximizing the value
displayed on the amplifier. (Adjust the light axis so
that the transmitter beam is at the center of the
receiver block)
