If you have Recognition or Scripted Export installed as Windows services, re-
start the services.

To upgrade your INDICIUS installation from version 4.x.x to 6.0

If you have Recognition or Scripted Export installed as Windows services,
stop the services.

Uninstall the previous version using the Add or Remove Programs feature in
Control Panel.
Note
Any files that have been modified since installation (for example
configuration files) will not be uninstalled.
Use Add or Remove Programs to uninstall INDICIUS Version 4.x.x.

Run the 6.0 installation according to the instructions in
If your configuration includes image classification, you will need to replace
your image classifier with a 6.0 classifier.
